Mr. Nickelsen founded BrightOrg Services from a 22 year career that included both sales leadership and business strategy consulting. His passion is to serve leaders and employees of organizations in achieving growth, with emphasis on business strategy, sales effectiveness, and leadership development. He has worked with organizations across industries in the areas of strategy, leadership, revenue growth, efficiency and go-to-market capability development. Joel’s desire is to be a firm that always delivers promised results, inspiring people along the way.

Principal Consultant
Mr. Eberhart  brings over 28 years of Coca-Cola Food Service and Retail experience to BrightOrg Services. His experience includes national account management, national retail sales, operations management, innovation management, purchasing, inventory management and engineering. He works with organizations to create value through recognizing their needs, aligning on solutions, and executing with distinction. Trip is recognized for his focus on the growth of people as the foundation to sustained operational change. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Master of Business Administration from Mercer University.

Principal Consultant

Ms. Moriarty has over 25 years of helping leaders, teams and businesses to work together to create meaning and economic value. She focuses on people growth and human capital with tested experience guiding leaders and teams to solve critical challenges. Her human resources expertise helps her shape cross-organization, transformation, and merger & acquisition initiatives.  She has worked in both Fortune 500 and privately owned companies, field and corporate environments, automotive, technology, mortgage and financial services and non-profit sectors. Community service board membership, volunteer mentor program leadership and leadership development have shaped her “why” and her “what.”

Principal Consultant

Ms. Mullican  has a deep and wide skill set developed over a career that has included entrepreneurship and client services with focus on strategy, marketing and sales. She has sector experience in healthcare, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, bioscience, consumer packaged goods, financial and professional services. Dawn earned her BS in Finance with an emphasis in Economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she later chaired the Board of Advisors at the Richard T Farmer School of Business.


Brad Robinson

Senior Consultant

Mr. Robinson has over 30 years of experience in various CPG organizations with extensive expertise in direct store delivery. During his career he has led transformative initiatives within his organizations and with strategic customers. Brad’s background includes engaging business partners in creative, innovative supply chain solutions. He brings in-depth knowledge linked with a strategic outlook to enable growth, change, and superior results. Brad holds an MBA in marketing from Michigan State University.

Ms. Beglyarov has a passion for serving clients with her project management skills. She is responsible for ensuring project deliverables are achieved. Briana leverages excellent communication skills, an encouraging spirit and a commitment to excellence in all of her work. She is a graduate of Georgia State University with a degree in Public Relations and began her career in sales for a consumer product company.

Dale Brockwell

Senior Advisor – Business Development

Mr. Brockwell leads our Distribution and Supply Chain practice, and is a 36 year veteran of the CPG industry. During his career at Nabisco and Kraft he developed expertise in direct store delivery, supply chain process, and customer partnership. Dale is recognized as a thought leader in the logistics and supply chain management industry. He was the Chairperson of committees at both the Grocery Manufacturers Association and the Global Commerce Initiative.

Senior Advisor – Business Development

Mr. Manning has over 35 years of experience in the CPG Industry where he led sales teams and strategic initiatives, including sales transformation and growth acceleration. His career started in a small, regional company, where he contributed to rapid growth and the creation of a leading national brand. Mike held multiple field sales positions and a number of corporate roles at Kraft Foods and Mondelez. He has a strong record of success in meeting and exceeding goals for revenue, cost, trade spend and profit. Mike is passionate about mentoring and coaching others to succeed.


Scott Bryant

Project Partner

Mr. Bryant brings 21 years of business experience to his clients, with 16 as a consultant. He excels at both strategic and analytical thinking, and serving as a catalyst for change within an organization. Scott focuses on helping clients develop and lead transformation programs, accelerate top-line growth and improve operational excellence. His consulting skills include management of large-scale programs, analysis based strategy formulation, workshop design/facilitation, business case design, and change management. His passion for the customer was established during employment with Procter & Gamble.

Dr. Carolyn Facteau specializes in helping organizations maximize talent capabilities to support business strategy, promote strategic organizational change, and meet business objectives. She has a broad range of experiences in the design and implementation of initiatives that support human capital strategy such as leadership assessment, coaching and development, selection and promotion process design, competency modeling, performance management, and succession management.
