His passion is to serve leaders and employees of organizations in achieving growth, with emphasis on business strategy, sales effectiveness, and leadership development. He has worked with organizations across industries in the areas of strategy, leadership, revenue growth, efficiency, and go-to-market capability development. Joel’s desire is to be a firm that always delivers promised results, inspiring people along the way.

Trip brings over 28 years of Coca-Cola Food Service and Retail experience to BrightOrg Services. His experience includes national account management, national retail sales, operations management, innovation management, purchasing, inventory management and engineering. He works with organizations to create value through recognizing their needs, aligning on solutions, and executing with distinction. Trip is recognized for his focus on the growth of people as the foundation to sustained operational change. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Master of Business Administration from Mercer University.

Michelle has worked in the Food Manufacturing industry since 1996 in both large CPG companies and small family-owned businesses. She has a broad range of experience across the entire supply chain including maintenance, engineering, shipping, procurement, safety, and operations management. Michelle’s leadership approach in organizations is centered around delivering sustained results through creating an environment and culture that fosters bringing the best out of leaders and teams. She is passionate about unleashing the potential in everyone. Michelle holds B.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering and Food Science from the Pennsylvania State University.

Tyler has over two years of experience in a mergers & acquisitions consulting role focused on the consumer products and private equity space. This experience is inclusive of financial modeling, financial statement analysis, transactional market research, and an array of valuation approaches and other skills necessary to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Tyler is driven to serve clients through employee growth and results-based strategy implementation.

Prior to joining the BrightOrg Services team, Tyler worked for Ernst & Young’s Strategy and Transactions practice based in Atlanta, GA. He attended the University of Georgia where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.

Ellie is an alumnus of the University of Georgia, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance with a minor in Communication Studies and Personal and Organizational Leadership. Throughout her college years, Ellie took on various leadership roles, which fueled her passion for driving meaningful change and empowering others. As an Analyst on the Operations team, she leverages her skills in strategic analysis, collaboration, and communication to support the company's growth and development. Ellie values strong work relationships and is motivated by the opportunity to create innovative solutions that inspire and make a lasting difference every day.

Macey offers four years of experience in project management and program development across diverse industries. In her role as a Business Catalyst, she supports leadership by leveraging her background in managing complex projects, streamlining processes, and supporting strategic planning.

Her skills include facilitating cross-functional collaboration, developing processes, and building tools to drive organizational success. Macey values strong work relationships and is motivated by contributing to team effectiveness and delivering results.

Across his 25 years of experience, Mark has worked with several for-profit and not-for-profit private and public sector companies in various industries, including healthcare, higher education, logistics, aerospace, insurance, government, utilities, and food. His areas of expertise includes executive coaching, leadership assessment, competency modeling, training design and delivery, performance management, coaching, and mentoring, employee assessment, and test development.
